Previously: After the death of Syndrome (Jack Black), Bomb Voyage (Javier Bardem) looted all his scientific tech from the island. When his lab explodes with all the chemicals and bomb-making equipment inside, his daughter Elise Dubois (Marion Cotillard), is caught in the blast. It should have killed her, but this anomaly caused the chemicals to bond with her DNA and she becomes “enhanced” with an assortment of powers including: shapeshifting, teleportation, magic and regenerative healing. With these new abilities, she began to call herself Spectre.
Fifteen Years Later (Now): During a confrontation between Mr Incredible (Patrick Warburton), NYPD, and Bomb Voyage (Bardem), Bomb Voyage is killed, making the evening news headline. Madame Blanche hears this and now she wants revenge and will kill anyone to get, even the good people of New York. She recruits criminal mastermind and FBI’s Most Wanted, Raymond Elder AKA The Underminer (James Spader) to help in her endeavours as they both want the same thing, the end of Mr Incredible. He’s the reason why The Underminer is disfigured. It would give Raymond great pleasure to see the end of Mr Incredible. Now, our favourite characters must unite to stop them; including an adult Dash (Lucas Till) and Violet (Karen Gillan) with a sixteen year old Jack Jack (Tom Holland). Can our heroes save New York and Mr Incredible?
