Fantastic Beasts Franchise: ‘For The Greater Good’: A Fancasting

Quick Word on Fantastic Beasts’ Ending

With the revelation of Grindelwald, the wizarding world is on a knife edge. He may be captured, for now, but how long will he remain a prisoner? “Do you really think you can hold me?” he says to President Picquery.
His days as a prisoner are numbered and before long he will be out causing mayhem again, forcing the wizarding communities of Europe and America to unite, right after fighting ‘The War To End All Wars’ and we all know how well Britain likes working with others.

Film Timeline: 1899 – 1939

Real Time: 1926 – 1939

Summary

Europe is in a state of disarray. The antics of dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) and his band of fanatics have left Europe in a mess. With the exposition of the magical community, America is on the brink of war with the No-Maj society (non-magic folk).
Meanwhile, Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) has returned to England to write and publish his book, as well as inform Albus Dumbledore (Jared Harris) about his activities in New York, including his encounter with another obscuris.
With the arrival of the obscuri and Grindelwald, the wizarding world is at the height of its sociopolitical anxieties. In essence, it’s going to take a miracle to stop the world as they know it from going to shit!
NB: The adding of Percival Graves is on the grounds that Grindelwald did not kill him, since it is never said whether the real Graves is dead or merely missing. My adding him in is on the basis he is found after Grindelwald is locked away. Much alike my stance on characters from Game Of Thrones, he’s not dead until I see a body!
Also, certain characters have been aged up to make for easier fancasting, as depicted by my choice of actor/actress in the flashback characters’ slideshow. Furthermore, certain talents are a lot older than the age of their counterparts but I think they still hold the youthful looks of a young person. e.g. Hugh Dancy on his ability to play Albus Dumbledore as a young man. Call it creative license.
